Introducing Miss Meghan Clisham!

We are pleased to welcomeNewsletter Meghan Clisham to NHES as a substitute teacher for the current school year.  Please read on to find out a little more about her – and be sure to say Hi to her if you see her in the halls!

My name is Meghan Clisham and I was the substitute for Mrs. Williard in 2nd grade from September until October, and starting mid-November I will be substituting for Mrs. Mingledorff in 5th grade. I attended New Holland Elementary and teaching in Mrs. Williard’s classroom brought back a lot of memories as that was my old 5th grade classroom. I graduated from Garden Spot in 2010. I attended Kutztown University and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in elementary and special education in the spring of 2014.

In my free time I enjoy spending time at the beach, scrap booking, and reading. During the summer, you can find me at the New Holland Pool life-guarding. I have one younger brother, Tyler, who attends Shippensburg University and is on the swim team. As a family, we spend a lot of time by the water!

New Holland Elementary has a special place in my heart and I have loved coming back and looking at the school from a different perspective, first as a student looking up to my teachers and now as the teacher looking at the students.
